FIELD: pipeline engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has radial collar and hose and is made of a clamping member which is made in block and provided with two faces. One face is made from the side adjacent to the radial collar. The second face is opposite to the first one. The inner shape of the clamping member is made of projections and hollows arranged over the spiral. The inner shape from the side of the face is conical and is additionally provided with a part which forms a round hollow.
