FIELD: pneumatic and hydraulic systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to delivery of gas from limited-volume container to device to be tested through pipeline of known length and bore with process valve installed after tested device, measuring gas pressure in pipeline, and opening of valve. Novelty is that before opening the valve, gas temperature is measured and time of passing of pressure wave front to butt joint "container-pipeline" is calculated and pressure is measured at tested device at moment of passing of pressure wave front to butt joint "container-pipeline" and moment of return of pressure wave front to tested device. Length of pipeline is chosen so that time of opening of effective bore should be less than time of passing of pressure wave front to butt joint "container-pipeline", and effective bore is calculated by system of equations: ^ where is pressure at tested device at and ; is pressure in pipeline before opening of valve; A is standardized average sound velocity in pipeline after opening of valve; is normalized gas velocity at tasted device after termination of valve opening; is gas velocity at tested device after termination of valve opening; is sound velocity in motionless gas before moment of valve opening; K is adiabat index; is effective bore of tested device; is bore and length of pipeline; is critical ratio pf pressures; is pressure in critical section and at tested device; R is gas constant; T is gas temperature at moment of valve opening. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination of effective bore of pneumohydraulic restrictors. |
