PURPOSE: A ground fault circuit interrupter is provided to allow a user to easily judge a mis-wire, by preventing a reset button from being pressed upon occurrence of mis-wire. CONSTITUTION: A ground fault circuit interrupter comprises an input conductor(124) connected to a power source, and which has a movable contact; an output conductor(120) having a fixed contact contacting the movable contact; a reset assembly(130) for performing press/release operation such that the movable contact of the input conductor and the fixed contact of the output conductor are in contact with or spaced apart from each other; and a press prevention unit for preventing press operation of the reset assembly until power is connected to the input conductor.
