<p>PURPOSE:To improve vibration damping, sound insulating, and thermal insulating properties without giving the feeling of unevenness to a rider by forming a floor panel with a lower-layer sheet of expandable sheet, a middle-layer sheet, and an upper-layer sheet of nonexpandable sheet. CONSTITUTION:A middle-layer sheet 2 made of a flexible thin steel plate is laminated on a lower-layer sheet 1 made of an expandable sheet and, further, an upper-layer sheet 3 made of nonexpandable sheet is laminated on the sheet 2, and the sheets 1 and 2 and the sheet 2 and 3 are partly bonded or welded by preheating respectively to form a three-layer vibration damping laminated material. As a vehicle body is made pass through an oven in a coating process, the lower-layer sheet 1 made of expandable sheet is expanded and fluidized due to a drying heat and flows into the recessed portions on the floor face 5 of a floor panel P to fill the recessed portions by the sheet 1 while being thermowelded to the floor face 5 and, further, the sheets 3, 2 and sheet 1 are also thermowelded in a body.</p> |
