PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of interlayer noise insulating materials is provided to secure the stability on construction by improving coupling and bearing strengths, to prevent the subsidence or crack of the bottom by low contractile force, to prevent environmental pollution by recycling wastes and to improve economical efficiency by lowering the cost of a product. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of interlayer noise insulating materials(1) comprises the steps of: preparing EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) foam rubber, wood chips, rubber scrap chips and a small quantity of adhesives as primary materials; unifying by mixing the primary materials evenly; rolling the unified primary materials into a rubber sheet having the appointed size and shape; shaping interlayer noise insulating materials(1) by putting the rubber sheet in a mold having the appointed size and shape, then applying high-temperature heat and pressure; and cutting off the interlayer noise insulating materials(1) precisely to meet the needs of consumers. The interlayer noise insulating materials(1) are placed on the bottom of a concrete slab layer(2), placing a footing concrete layer(3) on the upper part of the interlayer noise insulating materials(1), arranging heating pipelines(4) on the upper part of the footing concrete layer(3), placing a finishing mortar layer(5) and placing a final finishing layer(6) on the upper part of the finishing mortar layer(5).
