PURPOSE: A device for sharing a memory of a mobile communication terminal having a plurality of processors and a method therefor to share one memory by using common bus and address lines, thereby reducing the number of parts and cost accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The first and second processors(210,220) are controlled by a main processor(200) of a mobile communication terminal through the first and second control lines(211,221). A data buffer(240) and an address buffer(250) are connected to data and address bus lines(241,242,251,252) of the first and second processors(210,220). A memory(230) is connected to the data buffer(240) and the address buffer(250), and is controlled by the main processor(200) through superior/inferior address selecting lines.
