PURPOSE: A portable communication terminal having a body fat measuring function is provided to easily and accurately measure body fat of the body by applying a body fat measuring device to a portable communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A body resistance measuring unit(29) includes an AC(Alternating Current) impedance measuring circuit, a DC(Direct Current) resistance measuring circuit, and an analog switch selectively operating the AC impedance measuring circuit and the DC resistance measuring circuit under the control of a microprocessor(21). The microprocessor(21) includes a compensating element compensating the measured impedance value with the measured resistance value.
