APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING SEPARATED HEAT SINK BY SENSING HEAT SINK SEPARATED FROM MINI ASCENSION PIPE COVER IN COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for opening and closing a mini ascension pipe in coke oven to prevent air pollution and explosion due to discharge of gas and pulverized coal generated when charging coal into coke oven chamber and smoothly perform coal charging operation by extracting the heat sink after sensing a heat sink separated from a cover on the mini ascension pipe. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for opening and closing a mini ascension pipe(104) to discharge gas and pulverized coal into a nearby coke oven chamber by opening a cover formed to close the mini ascension pipe installed on an upper part of the coke oven chamber of coke oven and mounting an U tube(202) on the mini ascension pipe during charging of coal into the coke oven chamber, the apparatus installed under a charging car, the apparatus comprises heat sink sensing parts(10) comprising sensing members(14) elastically installed at supporting members fixed to an upper part of both sides of the U tube, and sensors(16) fixed to the supporting members to sense an upper part of the sensing members; and a heat sink extraction part(30) comprising a lifting and lowering member(36) vertically guided by a guiding frame(32) installed on a lower part of the charging car and lifted and lowered by cylinder(34), and an electromagnet means(50) fixed to a lower part of the lifting and lowering member.
