PURPOSE: A wireless transmitting and receiving system using Bluetooth and a method therefor are provided to remove the inconvenience of a wire head-set and realize short distance wireless communication by using Bluetooth and neck microphones, and reduce the influence of a peripheral noise. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of neck microphones transmit signals of a user in a microphone to a wireless connecting part by master-slave type Bluetooth communication, or receive signals transmitted from the wireless connecting part. A transmitter-receiver includes the wireless connecting part receiving the signals from the plurality of neck microphones or transmitting input signals to the plurality of neck microphones, and a transmitting-receiving unit transmitting the signals received by the wireless connecting part to the other transmitting and receiving system or transmitting the wireless signals received from the other transmitting and receiving system to the wireless connecting part.
