PURPOSE: A bra cup pad, made out of a natural coconut fiber and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to excellently improve the volume and cushion sensation and the air permeability of the pad structure so as to form a bosomy silhouette, and to produce a functional brassiere having an excellent effect on health. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the bra cup pad includes steps of: heating the coconut fiber strands with steam of 150 deg.C during 30 minutes in the state that each strand is twisted; collecting each fiber strand, which is heated and then unwreathed by wind, in a ventilated chamber; staining each fiber strand with a latex by spraying the latter; drying just the surface of the fiber strands, which is stained with a latex, by treating it with heat in a drying furnace of 150 deg.C; separating the closely banded fiber strands form each other by cooling them with a forcibly-cooling wind; pressing and forming the cooled plate shape in a press of a bra cup form during about 10 minutes at 100 to 150 deg.C; and trimming the edge of the formed bra cup.
