PURPOSE:To completely divide byte and bit rotating amount forming circuits by constituting a circuit for forming a rotating amount to be applied to a rotator in each byte and each bit of decoders and a selector. CONSTITUTION:The byte rotating amount forming circuit 130 is constituted of a decoder 131 for outputting a rotating amount inputted from the external as a rotating amount in each byte in the right direction, a decoder 132 for converting the inputted rotating amount into a rotating variable in each left byte and outputting the converted value and a selector 133 for selecting the rotating amount outputted from the decoder 131 if the indication of the rotating direction inputted from the external is right direction or selecting the rotating amount outputted from the decoder 132 in case of the left direction and outputting the selected value to a byte rotator 110. A bit rotating amount forming circuit 140 is also provided with a selector 143 for selecting one of the outputs of decoders 141, 142 and outputting the selected output to a bit rotator 120. Thus, the byte and bit rotating amount forming circuits can be completely divided. |
