摘要

PURPOSE: A method for overexpression of mannose binding lectin and a formulation of the recombinant mannose binding lectin protein are provided. The mannose binding lectin activates the complement system when microorganism infection is occurred to prevent and treat the microorganism infection. CONSTITUTION: The method for overexpression of mannose binding lectin comprises the steps of: constructing an expression vector containing a gene encoding the mannose binding lectin(MBL) by inserting the mannose binding lectin(MBL) gene into the recognition site of NheI and BglII in a vector pMSG; transforming a host cell with the expression vector containing the mannose binding lectin(MBL) gene to produce a transformant MBL D1-3(CHO cell line)(KCTC 10472BP); culturing the transformant MBL D1-3(CHO cell line)(KCTC 10472BP) in a medium; and purifying the mannose binding lectin(MBL) using chromatography with the column packed with hepatitis B virus preS.
