PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition for use in preparing print ink for polymeric films, which has excellent adhesion and laminate strength to various kinds of polymeric films and contains no aromatic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: reacting a diisocyanate compound with an active hydrogen-containing polyol to form an urethane prepolymer; diluting the urethane prepolymer with an aliphatic solvent; and adding an amine type chain extender and an aminosilane coupling agent to the urethane prepolymer diluted in the aliphatic solvent and carrying out addition polymerization.
