PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for producing deodorizing and sterilizing water, which maximizes an electrode area of an electrolysis reactor, maximizes a conversion rate of a salt solution and minimizes an electric energy consumption by using a saturated salt water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of cylindrical electrolysis reactors (26) including an iridium coated titanium positive electrode (10), a titanium negative electrode (5) and a porous ceramic membrane (7) and a negative electrolyte circulation part including a cooler that cools the negative electrolyte by a natural circulation manner. The apparatus directly supplies a saturated salt water through a connection tube of the electrolysis reactor to a positive electrolysis chamber (8) to generate water for deodorization and sterilization of industrial waste and domestic wastewater, of which a concentration and an acidity are controllable.
