LONG FIBER NON-WOVEN FABRIC FOR DRYER SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT SHAPE STABILITY AND ELONGATION, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Long fiber non-woven fabric is characterized by using sheath-core type composite fiber or side-by-side type composite fiber having excellent shape stability at high temperature, strength, elongation, excellent bonding power between filaments and not generating noils. CONSTITUTION: Long fiber non-woven fabric is obtained by the steps of: melting, extruding and spinning thermoplastic polymer to form filament; opening the filament to form web; and then adhering the web. The filament is sheath-core type composite fiber or side-by-side type composite fiber. The sheath-core type composite fiber has 20-80deg.C of difference between melting point of a sheath ingredient and melting point of a core ingredient. In the sheath-core type composite fiber, the core ingredient and the sheath ingredient are spun in a ratio of 10:90-90:10. The side-by-side type composited fiber has 20-80deg.C of difference between a high melting point ingredient(a first ingredient) and a low melting point ingredient(a second ingredient). The first ingredient and the second ingredient are spun in a ratio of 10:90-80:20.
