PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling an inner temperature of an air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to reduce temperature deviation of air discharged from each exit by improving a mix rate of an inner temperature of an air conditioning system. CONSTITUTION: A heater core(10) generates a high temperature for heating. A temperature control door(20) is placed on one side of the heater core for controlling a temperature of a vehicle by using an opening and shutting degree of the temperature control door. A vortex generator(30) is placed on one side of the temperature control door for forming vortex of air. The vortex generator mixes air by forming vortex by using cylindrical vortex columns(31).
