Oral therapeutic or preventive drugs for pollakiuria and urinary incontinence or oral sleep inducers, which contain as the active ingredient compounds represented by the general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof and exhibit excellent peroral absorbability: (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen or linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms: R2 is hydrogen or isopropyl: and Ar is an un-substituted heteroaromatic group having two heteroatoms.
