PURPOSE: A system, a method, and a program for allowing a member to refer to specified information, and a device and the method for processing the information are provided to allow the third person approved from a user to refer to the personal information safely and easily while security of the personal information is assured. CONSTITUTION: The system is equipped with a server(1) managing the personal information, a user terminal(2) to communicate with the server through the network(3), and a memory unit(5) connected to the user terminal and held by the user. The memory unit stores ID information for identifying an owner of the memory unit and program information representing a data processing method. When the memory unit is connected, the user terminal transmits the data generated based on the ID information and the program information stored in the memory unit to the server. The server judges approval or refusal of reference for the personal information by the user terminal based on the ID information and the data received from the user terminal. |
