PURPOSE: A method of making noodles having five colors and five shapes which meet Um-Yang and Five Phases(Yin/Yang and Five Elements) by classifying five cereals, three vegetables and two medicinal herbs due to Um-Yang and Five phases and making noodles is provided. Therefore, the consumer can select the product which meets individual's peculiar physiological characteristic(constitution) to improve health. CONSTITUTION: Five cereals, three vegetables and two medicinal herbs are freeze-dried, ground and mixed with wheat flour in a suitable mixing ratio. The mixture is kneaded and then extruded to give noodles containing knife noodles, noodles, steamed stuffed buns, cold noodles, buckwheat noodles or the like, which meet Um-Yang and Five Phases. For an example, five cereals containing unpolished rice, rice, barley, bean and rye, three vegetables containing leeks, cabbage and kale, medicinal herbs containing Lycii Radicis Cortex and Acanthopanacis Cortex are mixed, ground and then extruded to give noodles which are green in color. |
