摘要 PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device using a transparent electrode and a transparent panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease an operational power and to elongate a lifetime of the device. CONSTITUTION: An LED lighting device includes a first transparent panel(100), a transparent electrode(200), a plane separating line(300), a conductive glue(500), an LED, a transparent condensing agent(700), and a second transparent panel(101). The first transparent panel is formed by using a transparent material such as a glass and an acryl. The transparent electrode coats a conductive coating agent on the first transparent panel. The plane separating line is a circuit pattern generated by separating the transparent electrode into a plurality of parts. The conductive glue is applied on the transparent electrode. The LED is applied on the transparent electrode via the glue. The transparent condensing agent is condensed on an upper portion of the transparent electrode. The second transparent panel is attached on the condensing agent.
