PURPOSE: A method for servicing a wake-up call in a mobile terminal is provided to make a call with other party who gives a wake-up call incoming at a set time with a number set by using a voice call of a mobile terminal, thereby servicing the wake-up call in response to a user who receives the wake-up call. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal sets a telephone number of other party who gives a wake-up call at a wake-up call time with an alarm. If a call is made at the set wake-up call time, the mobile terminal decides whether a telephone number of the call is identical with the telephone number of the other party. If so, the mobile terminal rings an alarm. A user gets up by the set alarm, and starts a voice call with the other party.
