PURPOSE: A system for monitoring an operation state of a rainwater pump station in real-time through the online is provided to basically reduce causes of equipment failure by monitoring that a pump is operated within a safe operation range, and prevent a neighboring area from flooding due to the equipment failure of the rainwater pump station by correctly analyzing/predicting failure signs beforehand. CONSTITUTION: A signal obtaining device(10) detects diverse signals generated from a rainwater pump facility. A junction box(20) filters/amplifies the obtained signals. A VDPM(Vibration Data Processing Monitor)(30) calculates/processes data obtained from the junction box to an analyzable state. A data buffer(40) distributes the processed data to right places. A DBMS(DataBase Management System)(50) stores the processed data by a fixed condition. A data analysis program(60) analyzes the data stored in the DBMS. |
