PURPOSE: A connector for wave dissipating blocks is provided to cut down maintenance cost and to secure stability by preventing the damage caused by a collision between wave dissipating blocks by binding up wave dissipating blocks mutually. CONSTITUTION: The connector(100) for wave dissipating blocks installed on supports extended from a body to connect many wave dissipating blocks mutually for reducing the wave height and wave energy from the open sea contains: a lower backing provided with a lower retreated groove(11) formed on the lower part adhered to the outside of the support and located/fixed on the support using a binder for fixing a backing; an upper backing(20) whose lower side is adhered closely to the upper side of the lower backing and upper side is provided with an upper retreated groove(21); and a binder for fixing a block whose both ends are bound together to connect a wave dissipating block with an adjacent wave dissipating block through upper, lower retreated grooves(21,11) of the upper, lower backings(20) and upper, lower retreated grooves of another upper, lower backings formed on supports of another wave dissipating block.
