The device has a server automatically generating a list after the identification of a client, and uses H-mode service. The list comprises of number and reference of apparatuses to be controlled, and apparatuses installed with the possibility of controlling remotely. A home automation server converts received home automation controls into carrier currents and conveys the current in electrical network using an interface.
