PURPOSE: An assembly-type hot water panel is provided to secure high thermal conductivity by making the surface of a steel plate and to save fuel by covering the panel with styrofoam. CONSTITUTION: A bent steel plate is put on the bottom side. A heat insulation material such as styrofoam or urethane with light and high heat insulation capacity is cut to the predetermined size together with a groove and is placed on the steel plate. An assembly-type hot water panel is made by inserting a hot water pipe like an axle pipe, a plastic pipe, or a rubber pipe into the groove, putting an adhesive agent on upper and lower steel plates, and then compressing the steel plates. The transfer of heat is increased by maximally contacting the upper surface of the hot water pipe with the upper steel plate. |
