The device has a male piece (1) comprising a cylindrical shaft (2) and a female piece having a buttonhole (6). The female piece has an inlet zone (7) with a length corresponding to a diameter of the shaft and a sliding zone (8) with a length corresponding to a diameter of peripheral groove (4) of the shaft. The sliding zone is defined by two inclined planes having a thickness lesser than a height of the groove. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a plough share (b) a plough slade.
