The collar has a fixed support, and a movable flange assembled by screws (3, 4). The flange has a leg (21) opening laterally to be tightened and to be disengaged by rotation of the flange around the screw (4), and a leg (22) with a folded extension portion (23). An oblong hole covers a portion of the leg (22) and the portion (23), after unscrewing the screw (3), to open the flange for insertion or removal of a pipe.
