PURPOSE: A mobile unit management network and a path setting method used therefor are provided to distribute a load of a top layer router, and to support a wider communication area by using one top layer router. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal constructs a wireless link with a wireless base station(a1), and transmits a path update notice to the wireless base station(a2). The wireless base station transmits the path update notice to a bottom router(a3). The bottom router sets a path where a network address exists within the wireless base station(a4), and transmits a path information notice to a middle router(a5). The middle router sets a path where the network address exists in the bottom router(a6), and transmits the path information notice to a top router(a7). The top router sets a path where the network address exists within the middle router(a8).
