<p>PURPOSE: A thermal bonding machine is provided to automate the manufacturing process by controlling bonding time and bonding temperature, and to reduce manufacturing hours by cooling the bonding member. CONSTITUTION: A thermal bonding machine is composed of a loading bar(100) formed to place a bonding member, a heating part(200) having a heating plate(210) radiating heat, a loading bar transfer unit moving the loading bar along the transfer passage, a heating plate transfer unit(400) transferring the heating plate to apply heat from the heating plate to the bonding member placed on the loading bar in placing the loading bar, and a control unit(500) controlling the parts. The loading bar transfer unit is composed of a guide rail guiding the loading bar horizontally, and a loading bar horizontal cylinder transferring the loading bar along the guide rail.</p> |
