PURPOSE:To carry out operation control close to the demand of a user by setting the desire of the user in a form of the target value of each control item, obtaining operating conditions in past, at present, and in future and comparing each operating condition with a target value, and using the result as the evaluation value of call allotting. CONSTITUTION:By providing a control target setting table 113 for housing a plurality of control target values which are previously set for each time band or traffic flow based on the opinions of users using an elevator, an operating condition data in the same time band or traffic flow as in the past is taken out of the operation hysteresis table 109 of a learing system to obtain the achieving degree of the control target value. In the similar manner, the achieving degrees (evaluating values) of the control target values for the present operating condition and predictive operating condition are also obtained from a present operating condition table 107 and an operating condition predictive table 111, etc. A newly generated hall call is allotted to an elevator having the obtained highest achieving value. |
