<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the deviation in feeding of a lead frame for a short time and improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A heater block vertical movement cam 51 is provided with an elevating part 51c wherein a heater block 12 elevates a lead frame (hereinafter called frame) 10 upward from a bonding level 41, a radius constant part 51d with a specified radius than that of the elevating part 51c, and a lowering part 51e that lowers the frame 10 downward from the bonding level 41 than the radius constant part 51d. A frame retaining vertical movemenet cam 52 is provided with a lowering part 52e wherein a frame retainer 13 is not in contact with the frame 10 when the frame 10 is elevated by the elevating part 51c of the cam 51, and the frame retainer 13 is lowered by being pressed in contact with the frame 10 by an energizing force of a spring 37 when the heater block 12 is lowered by the lowering part 51e of the cam 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
