<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversified information service for a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a system wherein a terminal device is connected to a server via the Internet, when the terminal device accesses the server, the server determines whether the terminal device is an access member or not in a step S162; and when it is not an access member, the access is rejected in a step S163. When it is an access member, whether it is a member A or a member B is determined in a step S164. When it is determined to be the member A or the member B, transfer of a designated screen for the member A or for the member B is requested to a server in a step S165 or S166.
