<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer container which prevents layers from peeling by falling or impact and shows outstanding transparency and gas barrier properties, as a multi-layer container comprising layers of different kinds of resins laminated not using an adhesive between the layers. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer container structured of not less than three layers comprises an outermost layer and an innermost layer formed of a polyester resin obtained by polymerizing terephathalic acid and ethylene glycol as main components and intermediate layers. In addition, at least one of the intermediate layers is formed of a resin composition obtained by the following processes: when a polyamide X is manufactured by adding a diamine component after the layer is made liquid- or slurry-like by heating a specific dicarboxylic acid component and thus the molten mixture is subjected to a polycondensation reaction, a specific polyamide Y is added to a reaction system prior to the completion of the polycondensation, then dissolved and the polycondensation reaction is made to further proceed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
