PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegal request defending device and a method therefor capable of preliminarily detecting unknown illegal request, which is not registered in a database, and protecting a computer system such as a server from the illegal request. SOLUTION: When the unknown request, which is not registered in an already known request DB 11 and an illegal request DB 12, is received, the request is tried by a trial server 14, then a control part 13 determines whether the request is illegal or not based on the operating condition or the trial result.
