PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform radiation of a compression chamber in a scroll compressor in which a compression fluid in the compression chamber is introduced into a closed chamber provided on the opposite surface in the axial direction to the compression chamber of a scroll to thereby bear the thrust load. SOLUTION: A heat radiation plate 8a is provided on the opposite surface in the axial direction to a lap part 4a of a revolving scroll 3, a pressure receiving member 8b is provided on one end of the heat radiation plate 8a, and the closed chamber 13 is formed by the pressure receiving member 8b and a closed chamber forming member 1b. Compressed air in the compression chamber is introduced into the closed chamber 13. Thus, the thrust load can be canceled by the compressed air introduced into the closed chamber 13, and also heat generated in the compression chamber 5 can be taken by the heat radiation plate 8a directly provided in the compression chamber 5.
