PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo valve capable of keeping the desired performance by inhibiting the variation of a flow rate of the working fluid caused by the temperature change. SOLUTION: In this servo valve comprising a casing 40 having a nozzle flapper and a sleeve 41 guiding a piston connected with the nozzle flapper, and determining a flow rate of the working fluid by a relative position of the piston and the sleeve 41 on the basis of the correspondence of the nozzle flapper to the piston, the sleeve 41 is fixed to the casing 40 at a reference position corresponding to a neutral position of the piston when the load is not applied to the nozzle flapper.
