PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine in which the layout structure of a cooling unit to be easily restricted in layout are improved. SOLUTION: A penetration space 51 which is penetrated in the longitudinal direction is formed in a counter weight 12 mounted on a rear part of a machine body, and a cooling unit 53 is accommodated in the penetration space 51 in the counter weight 12. An engine 60 is disposed on the front side of the cooling unit 53, and the periphery of the engine 60 is covered by an engine hood 71. Exhaust ports 72 and 73 are opened in upper and lower parts of a boundary part between the engine hood 71 and the counter weight 12, and guides 74 and 75 to cover the exhaust ports 72 and 73 and guide the exhaust fluid forward are installed.
