PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gear part from being applied with excessive load when the device undergoes any impact from the outside. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a worm gear attached to a rotary shaft of a motor, a wheel gear engaging to the worm gear, a pinion gear having the rotary shaft same as the wheel gear and rotated integrally, and a slider to which a rack gear engaging to the pinion gear is attached and moving sliding as rotation of the pinion gear. The pinion gear formed as a separated part from the wheel gear, while it is pressed into an engaging hole of the wheel gear. Thereby, a torque limiter function in which the gear is slid in an engaging part when high torque of a prescribed value or more is applied is given. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
