In a process control based on partition setting which is a process corresponding to a plurality of operating systems (OS), it is possible to realize effective processing of an interrupt request. In the process control switching/controlling the process according to a plurality of OS, an interrupt process partition as an interrupt process execution period corresponding to the interrupt process request is set while being matched with a predetermined partition switching timing. Moreover, the maximum allowable delay time and the minimum allowable delay time are considered when setting the processing schedule. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the increase of the partition switching processes basically to only by once, thereby enabling an effective data processing.
