<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer sheet which does not cause transfer failures such as tailing and a burr, while maintaining transfer efficiency of a retransfer layer of the intermediate transfer sheet with a formed image by using a molten thermal transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In this intermediate transfer sheet for recording a molten thermal transfer image, at least a peel layer and an image-receiving and bonding layer are laminated on a substrate, and the peel layer is composed of an acrylic resin, a polyester resin and a joint agent.
