PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child bag easily performing crisis management of a child when going to and from school and a private school.

SOLUTION: A shoulder belt 7 of a bag body 1 is detachably installed with a radio communication terminal 9 for the bag. The radio communication terminal 9 for the bag is provided with ten keys for calling a specific terminal and is so formed as to transmit/receive relative to only the specific terminal of a telephone number stored in a preset memory. The radio communication terminal 8 for the bag allows a handfree communication through its receiving part 17 and its transmission part 18, is provided with an emergency contact mail transmission button part 19 and transmits an emergency contact mail to a preset protector's information terminal. The radio communication terminal 9 for the bag uses a PHS type communication terminal and recognizes a location point or a location area by specifying a base station transmitting/receiving the signal.
