<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture system which reproduces a physiological dynamic stimulation pattern and has long-term sterility and general purpose properties applicable to various cells. <P>SOLUTION: This culture apparatus is equipped with a column-like device on which one or more gas permeable bags retaining a culture carrier composed of a biocompatible material holding cells or a cell mixture and growing the cells in the inside and having a nozzle are mounted, an electronically controllable valve at the front or the back of the column, a pressure reservoir on the upstream of a front valve and a pump on the upstream of the pressure reservoir. A change in pressure close to the dynamic stimulation environment of an organism is periodically induced to cells in the column by on/off of both the valves by an electronic control.
