<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect vital information of a subject properly by using a chair with a reclining function no matter how a posture of the subject changes depending on a reclining angle of the backrest. <P>SOLUTION: An air bag 12 of a vital information detecting device 11 which detects fluctuation in a living body load as changes in internal pressure of the air bag 12 is placed in a region of the backrest 4, supporting the hips or the back of a human body, of the reclining chair 1. Consequently, the vital information is surely transmitted to the air bag 12 and is detected stably with a good SN ratio no matter how the posture of the subject changes depending on the reclining angle of the backrest 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
