<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering valuable metals contained in dust in steelmaking, which uses oil-containing SiC sludge, presents no problem in terms of a working atmosphere, has a high recovery rate for the valuable metals, and further produces little slag in steelmaking. <P>SOLUTION: This recovering method comprises charging a mixture of the dust in steelmaking and 5 to 25 wt.% oil-containing SiC sludge with respect to the total amount into a steel furnace, to dissolve and recover the valuable metals contained in the dust in steelmaking into the molten steel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
