<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure, in a solar battery equipped with a solar battery module, the environmental harmonization, high performance, multifunction, resource- and energy-saving properties, recycling properties, and long term reliability of a panel material-protecting sheet for mounting the module. <P>SOLUTION: As the solar battery panel material is used an electrical/electronic insulating sheet obtained by forming an adhesive layer of an aziridinyl group-containing resin on either or both sides of a film formed from a fluorine-containing resin and a fluorine-free resin.
