PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a user who has printed and outputted the printed paper when the printed and ouputted paper is left in an ejection tray. SOLUTION: Output image data that are printed and outputted past are related to transmission source data showing a transmission source of the output image data and stored in a storing means 15. When read image data read by a reading means 13 is sent to an image comparing part 14-1 of a management application 14, the image comparing part 14-1 retrieves output image data that coincides with the read image data among pieces of output image data taken out of the storing means 15. If coinciding output image data is found as a result of this retrieval, the stored transmission source data related to the output image data is taken out of the storing means 15 and sent to a displaying means 16 through a display control part 14-3 for display.
