PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make even an operator unable to illegally use a secret key by making it possible to completely trace a range wherein the secret key is backed up. SOLUTION: An export-side device when authenticating an export-destination device and exporting secret information outputs a trace including identification information on the export-destination device.
