PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit capable of realizing a stable gain and a linear characteristic against fluctuation in the amplitude of a local signal. SOLUTION: The mixer circuit is provided with a feedback circuit 15 that is connected between an output terminal 14 and a gate of a switch stage 12. Thus, the feedback circuit 15 stabilizes a DC operating current flowing through the switch stage 12 to reduce performance deterioration due to fluctuation in the amplitude of the local signal.
