PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP phone terminal for having only to enter only items desired to be changed and to blank out contents of an item of a setting table although an initial setting file includes the same item but the item includes no contents in order to reduce the number of entered items to the initial setting file. SOLUTION: In the VoIP system including: the VoIP phone terminal 5 having a RAM 53 storing the setting table comprising one setting item or over and setting contents of the setting item; and a server 4 for outputting the initial setting file having the one or more setting items of the setting table and initial setting contents of the setting item to the VoIP phone terminal 5. In the VoIP system, the VoIP phone terminal has a control circuit 52 for initializing the setting table stored in the RAM 53 of the VoIP phone terminal 5 on the basis of the initial setting file of the server 4, the control circuit 52 of the VoIP phone terminal 5 does not change contents of the setting item of the setting table not present in the initial setting file at the initialization and deletes contents of the setting item of the setting table although the initial setting file has the same item but the item includes no contents.
