PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under groundwater flow conservation system for minimizing an influence of an underground structure on groundwater flow, which copes with fluctuation of flowing directions of groundwater, and is applicable to a non-linear independent underground structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical conduits 11 are provided with a space in the ground to surround the underground structure 20 provided in the ground 21 in which an aquifer 21 exists. The vertical conduit has a water passage port 11a in a position corresponding to the aquifer. The horizontal conduit 12 is provided to make all the vertical conduits communicate with each other.
